On the 16th, the joint task force conducted simultaneous searches at several related locations and seized items including smartphones as part of efforts to uncover the full structure and operations of the organization.
Earlier, in January, Obata had been placed on a nationwide wanted list. After the investigation was made public, authorities tracked him down and took him into custody at a hiding location in Amami.

Two Cabaret Club Employees Arrested for Allegedly Forcing Underage Girls into Entertaining Customers

Two employees of a cabaret club in Tokyo's Kabukicho district have been arrested for allegedly making underage girls engage in customer entertainment activities.

According to the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department, Jiang Siwen, a Chinese national working at the club, was arrested on suspicion of forcing a 16 -year-old girl to entertain customers last year. Another employee, Hiroyuki Kamisuzuki, is suspected of making two underage girls solicit customers late at night.

The girls were introduced to the club in an area known as "To-Yoko" in Kabukicho. Jiang allegedly instructed them to "engage in romantic-style sales tactics, make customers feel good.

Yakuza Leader Arrested for Accepting Protection Money from an Unlicensed Adult Entertainment Business

A yakuza leader has been arrested for allegedly accepting 150,000 yen in cash as part of the profits from an adult entertainment business in Toyota City, Aichi Prefecture, despite knowing that the establishment was operating without a license.
The suspect, Shinichi Yamamoto (48), a leader of a gang affiliated with the Sixth-Generation Yamaguchi-gumi, was arrested on suspicion of violating the Act on Punishment of Organized Crimes.

According to the police, Yamamoto is suspected of accepting 150,000 yen from the illegally operated business between April and August 2024, despite knowing that the money was obtained through unlawful operations.
The business had already been under investigation, and its de facto owner was previously arrested for running an unlicensed adult entertainment operation that involved female employees entertaining customers. The latest allegations against Yamamoto surfaced through an analysis of a seized smartphone.

The police have not disclosed whether Yamamoto has admitted to the charges.
Investigators believe Yamamoto was receiving a monthly protection fee of 30,000 yen, some of which may have been funneled to the Yamaguchi-gumi. The police are currently investigating the flow of money and the gang’s involvement.

Host Club 'Accounts Receivable' Used to Introduce Women to Sex Shops... Annual Sales Exceed 400 Million Yen... Arrested for Suspected Violation of Organized Crime Punishment Act

In an incident where an executive from a recruitment agency and a host were arrested for introducing female customers from a host club to sex shops to settle "accounts receivable," the Osaka Prefectural Police announced on the 18th that they had arrested four more men on suspicion of violating the Organized Crime Punishment Act.
The suspects are believed to have introduced at least 100 women to around 100 sex shops nationwide, generating approximately 450 million yen in annual sales.

According to the police, Inoue and the others are suspected of disguising approximately 3.23 million yen, which includes commissions from introducing women to sex shops, as legitimate business income. They are accused of having deposited this money into their financial accounts on eight occasions between mid-March and early October of last year.

Previously, in January, the Osaka Prefectural Police arrested five individuals, including Park and a 21-year-old host, for introducing a female customer from a host club to a sex shop in Hiroshima Prefecture on suspicion of violating the Employment Security Act.
Over 100 Women Introduced to Sex Shops Nationwide, Generating Around 450 Million Yen in Annual Sales
The women involved had unpaid "accounts receivable" (around 1 million yen) at the host club where the host worked, located in Osaka's Kita Ward. In order to settle the debts, they were introduced to sex shops.
The police suspect that Park's recruitment agency had introduced women to sex shops across Japan and received 10% to 20% of the money earned by the women from the shop. Investigations revealed that the seven suspects had been discussing sales reports and ways to deal with police crackdowns on social media. Specifically, Park's agency "BANDE" outsourced accounting work to Inoue's esthetic business "Bello." Even if one company was raided by the police, the other would handle collection tasks from sex shops.
The suspects used about 30 scouts to introduce over 100 women to around 100 sex shops nationwide, earning approximately 450 million yen in annual sales, according to the police.
When questioned by the police, the suspects reportedly said, "We will consult with our lawyer," and investigations into the money flow and the true nature of the organization are ongoing.

警察けいさつの調しらべによりますと、メンズエステ経営けいえい者しゃの男おとこ（28）は、元もと従業じゅうぎょう員いんでマッサージ店てん経営けいえいの男おとこ（26）らと共謀きょうぼうして、去年きょねん6月がつ上旬じょうじゅんから12月がつ下旬げじゅんまでの間あいだ、新潟にいがた市し中央ちゅうおう区く女池めいけ6丁目ちょうめにあるメンズエステ店てんの個室こしつ内ないで、女性じょせい従業じゅうぎょう員いんに対たいして、男性だんせい客きゃくに性的せいてきマッサージを行おこなわせ、風営法ふうえいほうで禁止きんしされているエリアで、店舗てんぽ型がた性せい風俗ふうぞく特殊とくしゅ営業えいぎょうを営いとなんだ疑うたがいが持もたれています。
市民しみんからの通報つうほうで発覚はっかくし、その後ごの警察けいさつの捜査そうさで2人ふたりを逮捕たいほしました。
警察けいさつの調しらべに対たいして、メンズエステ経営けいえい者しゃの男おとこ（28）は「間違まちがいありません」と容疑ようぎを認みとめる一方いっぽう、元もと従業じゅうぎょう員いんの男おとこ（26）は「働はたらいていたことは間違まちがいないが、すでに辞やめています」と供述きょうじゅつしています。
警察けいさつは、元もと従業じゅうぎょう員いんの男おとこ（26）の身柄みがらを釈放しゃくほうし、任意にんいで捜査そうさを続つづけています。
また警察けいさつは、メンズエステ経営けいえい者しゃ（28）を、自身じしんが経営けいえいするメンズエステで18歳さい未満みまんの女性じょせいを雇やとい、性的せいてきサービスを行おこなわせたとして、風営法ふうえいほう違反いはん（年少ねんしょう者しゃ雇用こよう）の疑うたがいで追つい送致そうちしています。

The men arrested on suspicion of violating the Public Morals Law (operating in a prohibited area) are a 28-year-old man from Niigata City's Chūō Ward, who runs a men's esthetic business, and a 26-year-old man from Niigata City's Nishi Ward, who owns a massage shop.

According to the police investigation, the 28-year-old men's esthetic shop owner, along with the 26-year-old former employee and massage shop owner, conspired to have female employees perform sexual massages on male clients in private rooms at a men's esthetic shop located in Niigata City's Chūō Ward, from early June to late December of last year. They are suspected of operating a sex-related business in a prohibited area, in violation of the Public Morals Law.

The operation was discovered through a citizen's tip-off, which led to an investigation by the police, resulting in the arrests of the two men. When questioned by the police, the 28-year-old men's esthetic business owner admitted to the charges, stating, "There is no mistake." Meanwhile, the 26-year-old former employee claimed, "It is true that I worked there, but I have already quit."

The police have released the 26-year-old man and are continuing their investigation voluntarily. Additionally, the police are pursuing charges of employing underage women for sexual services at the men's esthetic business operated by the 28-year-old, under suspicion of violating the Public Morals Law (employment of minors).

山口やまぐち容疑ようぎ者しゃは先月せんげつ28日にち、上山うえやま市内しないの宿泊しゅくはく施設しせつで20代だい女性じょせいの着替きがえを盗ぬすめ撮つまみしようとした疑うたがいで逮捕たいほされていて、証拠しょうこ品ひんの記録きろく媒体ばいたいを調しらべたところ、今回こんかいの容疑ようぎが明あきらかになりました。

63-Year-Old Civil Servant Arrested for Secretly Filming Lewd Acts with Female Employee at Escort-Type Sex Shop

A 63-year-old male technician working at a public special needs school in the Murayama region was arrested on the 17th for secretly filming lewd acts with a female employee from an escort-type sex shop. The man had previously been arrested last month on suspicion of attempting to film a woman in her 20s.

The man arrested on suspicion of photographing sexual acts and similar situations is Hidekatsu Yamaguchi (63), a technician at a public special needs school in the Murayama region, residing in Ishizaki 2-chome, Yamagata City. According to the police, Yamaguchi is suspected of setting up a small camera in a room at a lodging facility in Yamagata City between 8:30 PM and 11:20 PM on the 18th of last month. He allegedly filmed himself engaging in lewd acts with a female employee from an escort-type sex shop.

amaguchi had been arrested on the 28th of last month on suspicion of attempting to secretly film a woman in her 20s changing clothes at the same lodging facility in Yamagata City. During the investigation, evidence was discovered, revealing the current charge. Yamaguchi has admitted to the allegations during police questioning, and the police plan to investigate his motives and any other potential crimes.

According to the Yamagata Prefectural Board of Education, Yamaguchi worked as a technician responsible for repairs and cleaning at school facilities.

Executives of the Scout Group 'Access' Arrested

In an incident where the leader of a large scout group was arrested for illegally introducing women to sex shops, new arrests were made, including executives from the group.
The men arrested are Yuto Yamauchi (27) and Riku Ota (23), executives from the scout group "Access." They are suspected of illegally introducing women to an unlicensed sex shop in Tokyo's Toshima Ward in November of last year.
This marks the ninth arrest of a member from "Access." Yamauchi, as a mid-level executive, is believed to have led a team of several subordinates, earning around 700,000 yen a month through scout-back payments.
In questioning, Yamauchi remained silent, while Ota admitted to the charges, stating that he had earned over 15 million yen.

Additionally, the Tokyo Metropolitan Police have arrested a man who was the manager of a sex shop in Utsunomiya, Tochigi Prefecture, which had received women through "Access." Investigations are ongoing to uncover the full scope of the organization.

一方いっぽう、警視庁けいしちょうは「アクセス」のリーダー遠藤えんどう和かず真ま容疑ようぎ者しゃ（３３）ら４人にんが、埼玉さいたま県けんや石川いしかわ県内けんないの風俗ふうぞく店てんに女性じょせいを違法いほうにあっせんしていたとして、職業しょくぎょう安定あんてい法ほう違反いはんの疑うたがいで再さい逮捕たいほしました。
いずれも容疑ようぎを認みとめているということです。
遠藤えんどう容疑ようぎ者しゃの逮捕たいほは５回かい目めで、警視庁けいしちょうは、引ひき続つづきグループの実態じったい解明かいめいを進すすめることにしています。

Sex Scout Group Case: Shop in Gifu City Raided for Receiving Female Introductions

In a case where a scout group allegedly recruited women via social media and introduced them to sex shops nationwide, receiving around 7 billion yen in rewards, the Tokyo Metropolitan Police and other authorities have raided a shop in Gifu City that had received women from the group.

The raid took place at a sex shop located in the "Kanazu-en" area in Gifu City. On the 18th, the police searched the shop and arrested the shop manager Takashi Nakajima (50), along with employees Takaki Matsuda (71) and Yoshitaka Matsuoka (45) on suspicion of violating the Anti-Prostitution Law for providing a location for prostitution. All three have reportedly admitted to the charges.

The police are continuing their investigation into the sex scout group "Access," which is suspected of recruiting women via social media and introducing them to sex shops across Japan, earning about 7 billion yen in compensation. It is believed that this particular shop received introductions of about 20 women from the group.

Meanwhile, the Tokyo Metropolitan Police have re-arrested four individuals, including the leader of "Access," Kazuma Endo (33), for allegedly illegally arranging women to work in sex shops in Saitama and Ishikawa Prefectures, under suspicion of violating the Employment Security Act. All of the suspects have reportedly admitted to the charges.

This marks the fifth arrest of Endo, and the police are continuing their efforts to uncover the full extent of the group's operations.
