１０月 ２４日 夜 のはじめ頃 、松阪 市 稲木 町 のマッサージ店 において、正規 の手続 きをとらず、かつ、店舗 型 性 風俗 特殊 営業 の禁止 地域 であるにもかかわらず、女 ２人 をして、男性 客 ２人 に性的 役務 を提供 し、同 営業 を営 んだとして、１０月 ３０日 、女 （４３歳 ）を、また、男性 客 ２人 の性的 好奇心 に応 じて性的 役務 を提供 し、店舗 型 性 風俗 特殊 営業 を営 むのを幇助 したとして、１０月 ３０日 、女 ２人 （４８歳 、４７歳 ）が逮捕 された。
