警察けいさつの調しらべによりますと、「金華きんか」は、売春ばいしゅん目的もくてきで客きゃくの勧誘かんゆうを行おこなっていた疑うたがいがもたれています。
警察けいさつは、２１日にち午前ごぜん２時じ頃ごろから、入国にゅうこく管理かんり局きょくの職員しょくいん２人にんを含ふくめた捜査そうさ員いん約やく３０人にんで家宅かたく捜索そうさくを行おこなっていて、これまでに中国人ちゅうごくじんの従業じゅうぎょう員いんの女おんなを売春ばいしゅん防止ぼうし法ほう違反いはんの疑うたがいで逮捕たいほしました。
また警察けいさつは、この店みせが無む許可きょかで売春ばいしゅんをする場所ばしょを提供ていきょうし、客きゃくに性的せいてきサービスをしていた風俗ふうぞく営業えいぎょう法ほう違反いはんの疑うたがいもあるとみて、現在げんざい、事情じじょうを聴きいている店長てんちょうの男性だんせい１人にんと従業じゅうぎょう員いんの中国人ちゅうごくじん女性じょせい３人にんも、まもなく、逮捕たいほする方針ほうしんです。


**Chinese Nationals Arrested for Prostitution Violating Prohibition Law in Sendai** On the early morning of the 21st, the police conducted a raid in a sex establishment located in the entertainment district of Kokubuncho, Sendai City, under suspicion of violating the Prostitution Prevention Law. They arrested a Chinese female employee for allegedly soliciting customers for prostitution. The establishment in question is "Kinka," located in the 2-chome area of Kokubuncho, Aoba Ward, Sendai City. According to police investigations, there are suspicions that "Kinka" was engaging in activities aimed at soliciting customers for prostitution. Starting around 2 a.m. on the 21st, approximately 30 investigators, including two officials from the Immigration Bureau, conducted a search of the premises. So far, they have arrested a Chinese female employee on suspicion of violating the Prostitution Prevention Law. The police also suspect that this establishment provided a location for unlicensed prostitution and offered sexual services to customers, which may constitute a violation of the Adult Entertainment Business Law. Currently, they are questioning the male manager of the establishment and three Chinese female employees, with plans to arrest them soon.
