警察けいさつによりますと加藤かとう容疑ようぎ者しゃと椛澤かばざわ容疑ようぎ者しゃは、今年ことし4月がつ7日にちから7月がつ21日にちまで一関いちのせき市内しないで共謀きょうぼうして戸來へらい容疑ようぎ者しゃが経営けいえいする風俗ふうぞく店てんの店名てんめいを借かり、公安こうあん委員いいん会かいへ届とどけ出でをせずに店みせを経営けいえいしていた疑うたがいが持もたれています。
また戸來へらい容疑ようぎ者しゃは盛岡もりおか市しや北上ほくじょう市しを中心ちゅうしんに経営けいえいしている店名てんめいを、2人ふたりが無む届とどけと知しりながら貸かしていた疑うたがいがもたれています。

2人ふたりと戸來へらい容疑ようぎ者しゃの間あいだに金銭きんせんの授受じゅじゅはなく、警察けいさつは動機どうきなどを調しらべているほか、2人ふたりが去年きょねんから店みせを経営けいえいしていたとみて、余罪よざいを調しらべています。
