**17-Year-Old Girl Forced to Work in Nagoya Massage Parlor: Suspect Arrested Again** A man who was previously arrested for allegedly employing a 17-year-old girl in a massage parlor in Nagoya has been rearrested by the police for similar offenses. The suspect is accused of running a so-called "JK business," where high school girls are made to work in esthetic shops. The man, identified as Jun Kato (45), is the owner of the esthetic shop "Mine" located in the Higashi Ward of Nagoya City. According to the Minato Police Station, Kato was arrested in July of this year for violating the Aichi Prefecture Youth Protection and Development Ordinance by allowing a 17-year-old girl to provide massages to male customers on three separate occasions. Kato had already been arrested for similar offenses at another esthetic shop located in the Naka Ward of Nagoya City, where he was found to have made two high school girls provide massages to male customers. Following his initial arrest, further investigations revealed that he had been committing similar acts at his shop in Higashi Ward. During police questioning, Kato reportedly admitted to the charges, stating, "There is no mistake. It was for profit." Authorities believe that Kato has been engaging in these criminal activities for about two years and has generated approximately 20 million yen in revenue from these operations. The police are continuing their investigation into Kato's activities and are looking into the extent of his involvement in exploiting minors for financial gain.
