不ふ起訴きそになったのは、札幌さっぽろ市し白石しらいし区くのマッサージ師しの男性だんせい（当時とうじ45）です。
男性だんせいは2018年ねん5月がつ、自身じしんが働はたらく白石しらいし区くのマッサージ店てんで、30代だいの女性じょせい客きゃくの胸むねを触さわるなどのわいせつな行為こういをしたとして、準じゅん強制きょうせいわいせつ容疑ようぎで逮捕たいほされていました。
検察けんさつは5月がつ末まつに処分しょぶん保留ほりゅうで男性だんせいを釈放しゃくほうし、6月15日にち付づけで不ふ起訴きそ処分しょぶんとしました。
男性だんせいは当時とうじ、容疑ようぎを否認ひにんしていました。
