逮捕たいほされたのは、愛知あいち県けん瀬戸せと市し山口やまぐち町まちのマッサージ店てん「麗うらら」の経営けいえい者しゃで、中国ちゅうごく国籍こくせきの５２歳さいの女おんなです。
調しらべによりますと、女おんなは風俗ふうぞく店てんの営業えいぎょうが禁止きんしされているエリアであるのに、１月がつ２４日にちと２６日にち、店みせで女性じょせい従業じゅうぎょう員いんが客きゃくの男性だんせいに性的せいてきサービスをした風営法ふうえいほう違反いはんの疑うたがいが持もたれています。
１月がつに店みせを利用りようした客きゃくの通報つうほうで発覚はっかくして警察けいさつが捜査そうさを進すすめ、１日にち午前ごぜん０時じ１５分ふんごろ、店みせにいた女おんなを逮捕たいほしました。
警察けいさつの調しらべに対たいし、女おんなは「私わたしの営業えいぎょう方針ほうしんで従業じゅうぎょう員いんに常連じょうれん客きゃくに性的せいてきサービスをさせていたことに間違まちがいありません」と容疑ようぎを認みとめています。

The activities came to light after a customer reported the establishment to the authorities. The police then initiated an investigation, leading to the arrest of the woman around 12:15 AM on the first day of February while she was present at the parlor. During the police inquiry, the woman admitted to the charges, stating, "I have no doubt that I instructed my employees to provide sexual services to regular customers as part of my business policy."
