2018年 12月、札幌 市 豊平 区 のマッサージ店 で16歳 の少女 にいかがわしい行為 をさせるなどしたとして、豊平 区 の37歳 の男 が逮捕 ・送検 されました。
児童 福祉 法 違反 などの疑 いで逮捕 ・送検 されたのは、札幌 市 豊平 区 のアルバイト従業 員 ・高橋 幸 太 容疑 者 （37）です。
高橋 容疑 者 は2018年 12月、自身 が経営 していた札幌 ・豊平 区 のマッサージ店 で16歳 の少女 に従業 員 としていかがわしい行為 をさせ、その状況 をスマートフォンで撮影 した疑 いが持 たれています。
高橋 容疑 者 は面接 せずに雇 った少女 に、無料 通信 アプリで「上客 が来 るからしっかり対応 して」と指示 したうえで、客 になりすまして来店 し、下半身 を触 らせるなどしたということです。
高橋 容疑 者 は容疑 を一部 否認 しています。
この店 では、15歳 から17歳 の少女 が5人 働 いていて、警察 は労働 基準 法 違反 の疑 いでも調 べています。
