風営法ふうえいほう違反いはんの疑うたがいで逮捕たいほされたのは、仙台せんだい市し青葉あおば区く本町ほんちょう１丁目ちょうめの風俗ふうぞく店てん「ミリュー」の経営けいえい者しゃ・澁谷しぶや大地だいち容疑ようぎ者しゃ（３８）と従業じゅうぎょう員いん・高橋たかはし冴さえ容疑ようぎ者しゃ（２０）の２人にんです。
警察けいさつによりますと澁谷しぶや容疑ようぎ者しゃらは、風俗ふうぞく店てんの営業えいぎょうが禁止きんしされている地域ちいきであるにもかかわらず、マッサージ店てんと称しょうして客きゃくに性的せいてきなサービスをした疑うたがいがもたれています。
警察けいさつは１７日にち午後ごご、この店みせを家宅かたく捜索そうさくし、澁谷しぶや容疑ようぎ者しゃらを逮捕たいほしました。
警察けいさつは今後こんご、経営けいえいの実態じったい解明かいめいを進すすめることにしています。


**Two Managers of Adult Entertainment Establishments Arrested for Operating in Prohibited Area** In Sendai, two individuals have been arrested on suspicion of violating the Entertainment Establishments Control Law by operating an adult entertainment business in a region where such activities are prohibited. The arrests were made concerning a business called “Milieu,” located in Honcho 1-chome, Aoba Ward, Sendai City. The suspects include the manager, Daichi Shibuya (38), and an employee, Sae Takahashi (20). According to the police, despite being in a prohibited area, Shibuya and Takahashi allegedly provided sexual services under the guise of a massage parlor. On the afternoon of the 17th, the police conducted a search of the establishment and subsequently arrested the suspects. The police plan to further investigate the actual operations of the business moving forward.
