ＪＲ郡山 駅前 の禁止 区域 で店舗 型 性 風俗 店 を営業 したなどとして、郡山 署 は５日 午前 、風営法 違反 の疑 いで、郡山 市 、風俗 店 経営 、容疑 者 男 （４８）ら男女 ４人 を逮捕 した。
ほかに逮捕 されたのは、いずれも風俗 店 従業 員 の同市 、女 （４９）、同市 、男 （５６）、タイ国籍 、住所 不定 、女 （２４）の３容疑 者 。
４８歳男 、４９歳 女 、５６歳男 の３容疑 者 の逮捕 容疑 は、共謀 して同日 午前 ２時 １５分 ごろ、同市 駅前 の個室 マッサージ店 で男性 客 に対 し性的 サービスを提供 し、店舗 型 性 風俗 の営業 を行 った疑 い。
２４歳 容疑 者 女 の逮捕 容疑 は同日 午前 ２時 １５分 ごろ、同店 個室 で男性 客 に性的 サービスを行 い違法 営業 をほう助 した疑 い。
同署 によると、同店 は４８歳 容疑 者 男 が経営 し、４９歳 容疑 者 女 が客引 きの中心 を担 っていたとみられる。
入 店 には特殊 なエレベーターに乗 る必要 があり、４９歳 容疑 者 女 らがカードキーを使 い、客 を案内 していたという。
５６歳 容疑 者 男 は「経営 者 ではない」と容疑 を否認 、他 の３容疑 者 は容疑 を認 めている。
同店 については同署 に料金 トラブルや強引 な客引 きなどの相談 が寄 せられていた。

Access to the establishment required using a special elevator, and the 49-year-old woman was reportedly using a key card to guide customers inside. The 56-year-old man denied being the manager of the establishment, while the other three acknowledged their involvement in the alleged crimes. The police had received complaints regarding the establishment, including issues related to pricing disputes and aggressive solicitation of customers.
