警察けいさつによると、鈴木すずき容疑ようぎ者しゃは、県内けんないで店舗てんぽ型がた風俗ふうぞく店てんの営業えいぎょうが禁止きんしされているにも関かかわらず、2019年ねん11月29日にち、山形やまがた市し松波まつなみのアロマエステ店てんの個室こしつで、男性だんせい客きゃくに対たいする性的せいてきサービスを女性じょせい従業じゅうぎょう員いんに行おこなわせた疑うたがいが持もたれている。
住宅じゅうたく街がいにある2階かい建だてアパートの部屋へやを複数ふくすう借かりて店みせを営業えいぎょうし、インターネット上じょうに設もうけたホームページにはアロママッサージの提供ていきょうをうたい、電話でんわやSNSで予約よやくを受うけ付つけていた。
警察けいさつは、店みせの関係かんけい者しゃからの情報じょうほう提供ていきょうを受うけ捜査そうさを進すすめ、16日にち逮捕たいほに踏ふみ切きった。
警察けいさつは鈴木すずき容疑ようぎ者しゃが容疑ようぎを認みとめているかを明あきらかにしておらず、共犯きょうはん者しゃがいないかなど捜査そうさを続つづける方針ほうしん。

The police received information from individuals related to the establishment and proceeded with their investigation, leading to Suzuki's arrest on the 16th of this month. They have not disclosed whether Suzuki admits to the charges and are continuing their investigation to determine if there were any accomplices involved. This marks the first crackdown on business-type adult entertainment establishments in the prefecture in three years.
