3月、名古屋 市 中 区 のマッサージ店 で、施術 と称 して女性 の身体 を触 るなどわいせつな行為 をしたとして26歳 のスリランカ国籍 の男 が逮捕 されました。
逮捕 されたのは、マッサージ店 の経営 者 でスリランカ国籍 のナーナヤッカラ・ジャヤワルダナ・リヤナアーラッチゲ・アヌジャ・メトゥサラ容疑 者 (26)です。
警察 によりますと、3月17日 、マッサージを受 けるために中 区 の店 を訪 れた女性 (23)に対 し、施術 と称 して抵抗 できないことに乗 じ、身体 を触 るなどのわいせつな行為 をした疑 いが持 たれています。
調 べに対 し「わざと触 っていません」と容疑 を否認 しています。
女性 から被害 の申告 があり、事件 が発覚 しました。
このマッサージ店 をめぐっては、同様 の相談 が複数 寄 せられていることから、警察 は余罪 を追及 する方針 です。
