逮捕たいほ容疑ようぎは２５日にちごろ、県けん条例じょうれいで営業えいぎょうが禁止きんしされている地域ちいきにある岐阜ぎふ市し北一色きたいしきのマンションの一室いっしつで、中国ちゅうごくエステのマッサージ店てんを装よそおい、客きゃくに性的せいてきサービスを提供ていきょうした疑うたがい。
署しょによると、８月がつ下旬げじゅんに近隣きんりん住民じゅうみんから「知しらない人ひとが何なん回かいも訪たずねてくる」と県警けんけいに通報つうほうがあった。

The arrests are based on allegations that around the 25th of the month, they were providing sexual services disguised as a massage parlor in a condominium room located in a region where operations are prohibited by prefectural regulations. According to police reports, in late August, local residents had reported to the prefectural police that "unknown individuals have been visiting repeatedly." The police have not disclosed whether the suspects have admitted to the charges.
