**Three Men Arrested for Violating Anti-Overcharging Ordinance in Nagoya** Three men have been arrested in Nagoya for allegedly violating the anti-overcharging ordinance and engaging in illegal solicitation at a cabaret club. The suspects, who are involved in the management of adult entertainment establishments, reportedly led customers to a cabaret club in Nakaku, Nagoya, despite knowing that the customers were being solicited. The arrested individuals include Tatsuya Nagai (43), who manages an adult entertainment venue in Nakagawa Ward, and Daiki Takehiro (27), who also operates a similar establishment in Nakaku. According to police reports, Takehiro was accused of soliciting five passing men on the street in Nishiki, Nakaku, in June. He allegedly approached them with phrases like, "There are girls available" and "Which would you prefer, a cabaret club or a girls' bar?" This act of solicitation is believed to violate Aichi Prefecture's ordinance against nuisance behavior. Nagai and the other suspects are suspected of taking the solicited men to the cabaret club "ARIEL" in Nishiki, where they allegedly overcharged the customers. The men were initially informed by Takehiro that the charge was "5,000 yen per person for one set," but they ultimately ended up paying a total of 157,500 yen. The police have not disclosed the suspects' responses regarding the charges against them.
