風営法ふうえいほう違反いはんの疑うたがいで逮捕たいほされたのは、札幌さっぽろ市し東ひがし区くに住すむ35歳さいのメンズエステ店てん経営けいえいの男おとこです。
この男おとこは今年ことし６月がつ６日にちから９月がつ25日にちまでの間あいだ、法令ほうれいで店舗てんぽ型がた性せい風俗ふうぞく特殊とくしゅ営業えいぎょうを営いとなむことが禁止きんしされている札幌さっぽろ市し中央ちゅうおう区く南みなみ５条じょう東ひがし２丁目ちょうめなど３か所しょで、女性じょせい従業じゅうぎょう員いんが男性だんせい客きゃくに性的せいてきサービスを行おこなうメンズエステ店てんを営いとなんだ疑うたがいが持もたれています。
警察けいさつによりますと、今年ことし３月がつ25日にちに「性的せいてきサービスをしているメンズエステ店てんがある」と匿名とくめいの通報つうほうが警察けいさつにあり、事件じけんが発覚はっかくしました。
警察けいさつは捜査そうさを進すすめ、通報つうほうから約やく８か月げつ後ごの11月20日にち、男おとこを風営法ふうえいほう違反いはんの疑うたがいで逮捕たいほしました。
取とり調しらべに対たいし男おとこは「従業じゅうぎょう員いんに抜ぬき行為こういや風俗ふうぞく行為こういはしないように伝つたえていた」と容疑ようぎを否認ひにんしているということです。

Man Arrested for Operating Illegal Men's Esthetic Salon Offering Sexual Services in Sapporo On the 20th, a 35-year-old man operating a men's esthetic salon in Sapporo’s Chuo Ward—where adult entertainment businesses are legally prohibited—was arrested for allegedly running an establishment where female employees provided sexual services to male customers between June and September of this year. Anonymous Tip Leads to Investigation The case came to light after an anonymous tip was submitted to the police on March 25, reporting that a men’s esthetic salon was providing sexual services. Following an investigation, authorities arrested the man on November 20—approximately eight months after the initial tip. During questioning, the suspect denied the allegations, stating, "I told the employees not to engage in sexual acts or provide erotic services." The suspect was reportedly managing a total of five men's esthetic salons. Police are continuing their investigation to determine his motives, potential additional offenses, and further details surrounding the case.
