警察けいさつによりますと、山本やまもと容疑ようぎ者しゃは２０２４年ねん４月がつから８月がつまでの間あいだ、豊田とよだ市しにある風俗ふうぞく店てんが無む許可きょか営業えいぎょうで得えた犯罪はんざい収益しゅうえきと知しりながら、その一部いちぶである現金げんきん１５万まん円えんを受うけ取とった疑うたがいがもたれています。
この店みせをめぐっては、女性じょせい店員てんいんに接待せったいをさせるなど無む許可きょかで風俗ふうぞく営業えいぎょうをしたとして、実質じっしつ的てき経営けいえい者しゃの男おとこがすでに逮捕たいほされていて、押収おうしゅうしたスマートフォンの解析かいせきなどから今回こんかいの容疑ようぎが発覚はっかくしました。
警察けいさつは山本やまもと容疑ようぎ者しゃの認否にんぴを明あきらかにしていません。
山本やまもと容疑ようぎ者しゃは毎月まいつき３万まん円えんをみかじめ料りょうとして受うけ取とっていたとみられていて、警察けいさつは一部いちぶが山口組やまぐちぐみに上納じょうのうされていた疑うたがいもあるとみて、金かねの流ながれなどを調しらべています。

Yakuza Leader Arrested for Accepting Protection Money from an Unlicensed Adult Entertainment Business

A yakuza leader has been arrested for allegedly accepting 150,000 yen in cash as part of the profits from an adult entertainment business in Toyota City, Aichi Prefecture, despite knowing that the establishment was operating without a license.
The suspect, Shinichi Yamamoto (48), a leader of a gang affiliated with the Sixth-Generation Yamaguchi-gumi, was arrested on suspicion of violating the Act on Punishment of Organized Crimes.

According to the police, Yamamoto is suspected of accepting 150,000 yen from the illegally operated business between April and August 2024, despite knowing that the money was obtained through unlawful operations.
The business had already been under investigation, and its de facto owner was previously arrested for running an unlicensed adult entertainment operation that involved female employees entertaining customers. The latest allegations against Yamamoto surfaced through an analysis of a seized smartphone.

The police have not disclosed whether Yamamoto has admitted to the charges.
Investigators believe Yamamoto was receiving a monthly protection fee of 30,000 yen, some of which may have been funneled to the Yamaguchi-gumi. The police are currently investigating the flow of money and the gang’s involvement.
