違法いほうスカウトグループ「ナチュラル」をめぐり、女性じょせいを性せい風俗ふうぞく店てんに紹介しょうかいしたとして、警視庁けいしちょうと千葉ちば県けん警察けいさつの合同ごうどう捜査そうさ本部ほんぶは、職業しょくぎょう安定あんてい法ほう違反いはんの疑うたがいで「ナチュラル」会長かいちょうの小畑おばた寛ひろし昭あきら容疑ようぎ者しゃ（40）を再さい逮捕たいほし、メンバーの坂口さかぐち隆たかし樹じゅ容疑ようぎ者しゃ（28）＝東京とうきょう都と新宿しんじゅく区く＝、さらに紹介しょうかいを受うけた風俗ふうぞく店てん関係かんけい者しゃの男おとこ2人にんを新あらたに逮捕たいほした。
認否にんぴについては明あきらかにされていない。
4人にんは共謀きょうぼうし、令れい和わ5年ねん9月がつから11月がつごろにかけて、不ふ特定とくてい多数たすうの男性だんせい客きゃくに性的せいてきサービスを提供ていきょうする業務ぎょうむであることを認識にんしきしながら、20代だいの女性じょせいを高崎たかさき市し（群馬ぐんま県けん）のデリバリーヘルス店てんに紹介しょうかいした疑うたがいが持もたれている。
警視庁けいしちょう暴力団ぼうりょくだん対策たいさく課かによると、「ナチュラル」の関係かんけい者しゃはSNSを利用りようして女性じょせいをスカウトしていたとみられる。
また、坂口さかぐち容疑ようぎ者しゃは店みせ側がわから紹介しょうかい料りょうなどを受うけ取とっていた可能かのう性せいがあるという。
合同ごうどう捜査そうさ本部ほんぶは16日にち、複数ふくすうの関係かんけい先さきに対たいして一斉いっせいに捜索そうさくを行おこない、スマートフォンなどを押収おうしゅうし、組織そしきの実態じったい解明かいめいを進すすめている。
警視庁けいしちょうは今年ことし1月がつ、全国ぜんこくに指名しめい手配てはいしていた小畑おばた容疑ようぎ者しゃについて公開こうかい捜査そうさに切きり替かえて行方ゆくえを追おっていた。
その後ご、潜伏せんぷくしていた奄美あまみ市し（鹿児島かごしま県けん）で発見はっけんされ、身柄みがらを確保かくほされた。

Four Arrested Including Leader of Illegal Scout Group “Natural” for Allegedly Referring Woman to Delivery Health Service
In connection with the illegal scout group “Natural,” a joint investigation team from the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department and the Chiba Prefectural Police has arrested four individuals on suspicion of violating the Employment Security Act by referring a woman to a sex-related business.
The suspect Hiroaki Obata (40), identified as the chairman of “Natural,” was re-arrested, while member Takaki Sakaguchi (28), who resides in Shinjuku, and two male associates connected to the adult entertainment establishment that received the referral were newly arrested. Authorities have not disclosed whether the suspects admit to the allegations.
According to investigators, the four suspects allegedly conspired between September and November 2023 to introduce a woman in her twenties to a delivery health service located in Takasaki, despite knowing that the job involved providing sexual services to an unspecified number of male customers.
The Metropolitan Police Department’s anti–organized crime division stated that members of the group recruited women through social media platforms. It is believed that Sakaguchi received referral fees and other payments from the establishment after arranging the introduction.
On the 16th, the joint task force conducted simultaneous searches at several related locations and seized items including smartphones as part of efforts to uncover the full structure and operations of the organization.
Earlier, in January, Obata had been placed on a nationwide wanted list. After the investigation was made public, authorities tracked him down and took him into custody at a hiding location in Amami.
