“Kami no Esthe” group suspected; seven men and women arrested for allegedly operating an adult-entertainment business — Operating at 25 locations On the 1st, a joint investigative team from the Chiba and Kanagawa prefectural police announced that they had arrested seven men and women, including Hajime Kuramochi (43), believed to be the owner of the men's esthetic salon “Kamino Esthe,” on suspicion of violating the Act on Control and Improvement of Amusement Business by operating in an area where such businesses are prohibited.
